Our New Warranty Policy
Eckowood flooring is covered by a 25-year Limited Residential Warranty. However, warranty coverage may be lost due to failure to strictly follow all our installation guides. Remember that Professional installation is recommended for floating floors or nail down applications, and required for a glue-down application. Full details are coming soon.
